Returns & Exchanges
We are a small shop and sales are typically final or exchange only.
All our jewellery is hand-made to order and therefore final sale. We do not offer cancellation, returns or refunds except for defective products or incorrect deliveries. In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will offer an exchange, but not a refund. If the product is defective, please email us a photo of the product’s condition within 2 days of receiving it.
